Better Than sex Cake, yes or no?

Better Than Sex Cake

Pillsbury cake mix, mango pudding, pineapple in syrup.

Cool the cake and put in a deep glass bowl, then poke holes with a fork for the syrup to absorb.

Arrange the pineapple pieces on top and pour the remaining syrup on top.

Beat the whip cream until stiff and use a star nozzle to pipe the whip cream.

Sprinkle toasted pecans and toasted coconut on top the cake.

The finishing of better than sex cake. First time making this cake, so the result and outlook is not to my expectation. Will try making this cake again cos the taste is so addictive with a tinge of sweetness, sourish and fragrant of the coconut. The combination of pineapple with mango is delicious.

Hi L, thanks for sharing this wonderful better than sex cake.

Ingredients
1 box cake mix
1 large can crushed pineapple- drained lightly (I drained half )
1 cup sugar (I omitted)
1 large pack vanilla instant pudding (I use mango flavor)
1 large package coconut (I use fresh toasted coconut 1 bowl)
1 large carton cool whip ( I use 1 bowl)
Crushed pecans (I omitted)

1. Pre heat oven to 180 deg c
2. Prepare cake mix as per instruction on the box.(  I use a 6" cake pan and baked 2 cakes )
3. Drained off half the syrup in pineapple, cook the pineapple with the remaining syrup for about 10 mins. Cool slightly.
4. Cool the cake till warm, poke with a fork and arrange the warm pineapple ring on top and pour the remaining syrup over the cake.
5. Prepare the instant pudding as per instruction on the package, then cool the pudding until slightly thicken and pour over cake and pineapple.
6. Chill in fridge until pudding set.
7. Beat the cool whip until stiff peak and use a star nozzle to pipe on top the pudding or you can spread over it. Chill in fridge.
8. Toast the fresh grated coconut in a non stick pan until slightly brown.
9. Cool completely and sprinkle the coconut/ crushed pecans on top the cake.
10 Chilled in the fridge and enjoy.

Have a nice week ahead.

But watch out for the waist line.
After eating this I got to do 500 times skipping, 200 times 3kg weight lifting and 100 times squatting exercise. Double of my daily routine. :(
    Have a nice day.

  12. This cake looks very complicated to make but actually so simple and its name is so funny.

Wow...you did so much exercise everyday?

  13. Hi Zoe, thanks for dropping by. Hey, this a very popular cake in oversea but not in Malaysia. Looks complicated but actually not. This is the actual name of the cake.

Yes, with the amount of cakes I baked, I'd to maintain my body weight and exercise daily. Skipping is good for overall body, weight lifting for arm and shoulder, squatting are for bum and thighs. I'm in my late 40's touching 50's soon, so have to avoid everything drop 1 in from head to toe. hahahaha...Have a nice day.

  45. Hi Amelia-I have made cakes like this before with the cake mix, but sadly, we don't have mango pudding here, that comes in powder form. The vanilla is OK, but I will google for the mango pudding which would go well with the canned pineapple.
Love your cake, and also the funny name for the cake...you are too funny, ha, ha,:DDD
Big hugs, have a wonderful weekend, my dear friend!
