Better Than Sex Cake
Pillsbury cake mix, mango pudding, pineapple in syrup.
Cool the cake and put in a deep glass bowl, then poke holes with a fork for the syrup to absorb.
Arrange the pineapple pieces on top and pour the remaining syrup on top.
Beat the whip cream until stiff and use a star nozzle to pipe the whip cream.
Sprinkle toasted pecans and toasted coconut on top the cake.
The finishing of better than sex cake. First time making this cake, so the result and outlook is not to my expectation. Will try making this cake again cos the taste is so addictive with a tinge of sweetness, sourish and fragrant of the coconut. The combination of pineapple with mango is delicious.

Hi Zoe, thanks for dropping by. Hey, this a very popular cake in oversea but not in Malaysia. Looks complicated but actually not. This is the actual name of the cake.

Skipping is good for overall body, weight lifting for arm and shoulder, squatting are for bum and thighs. I'm in my late 40's touching 50's soon, so have to avoid everything drop 1 in from head to toe. hahahaha...Have a nice day.

ReplyDeleteHi Amelia-I have made cakes like this before with the cake mix, but sadly, we don't have mango pudding here, that comes in powder form. The vanilla is OK, but I will google for the mango pudding which would go well with the canned pineapple.

Big hugs, have a wonderful weekend, my dear friend!
Hi Sonia, thanks for your kind words. Sexy cake hahaah... love the name. Yes, it's originally serve in a dish or bowl cos the pudding is too soft to cut. Have a nice weekend.
